We do this by imparting the skills they need to structure and start a small business, and by connecting our alumni to financing, mentoring and other follow-up supports.

When trainees graduate, we link them to job opportunities in a wide range of industries such as technology, retail sales, construction, and nursing, to name just a few. This track focuses on unemployed university-educated youth who are disconnected from the labor market and need high-impact support to secure employment.
